Possibly. Check that the policy is **primary** in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Even with card cover you must leave the security deposit; any claim is settled first with us, then you reimburse through your card issuer.
Coverage is voided for gross negligence: drink-driving, wrong fuel, lost keys, off-road driving, or ignoring local laws. These exclusions match industry standards and are listed in your contract.
Once the car is returned damage-free the hold is lifted the same day; most banks unblock funds within five business days.
